Do you host websites?
No. Blue Line Web Media will recommend and arrange for hosting with a provider based on the client's needs if you are starting up from scratch, with an affordable and reliable hosting company.
I already have a website can you re-design it?
Absolutely. Website re-design projects are welcome, and somewhat of a specialty! Take a look at out $199.00 special if you need a small website makeover!
I found a template design I would like to use and need help with the setup/design/graphics, etc. Can you work with templates?
Yes. Blue Line Web Media 's designs are from scratch and not typically based upon readily-made off-the-shelf template designs. However, if you have a site or template design you would like to integrate we can assist you with that also!
We are a not for profit agency. Can you work with us?
Yes. We have done several Church and not-for-profit agency websites within your budget constraints!
I already have a website can I continue to use it?
Yes as long as your web host supports the features your new design requires.
Do you provide maintenance?
Yes. Blue Line Web Media is happy to meet each client's individual maintenance needs. We offer monthly maintenance and page uploads to remove your need to update yourself for $45.00/hr/month!
How long will it take to complete my website?
Every website project is unique and as such the time it takes to
complete always varies. With your quote you will receive an estimate of
how long it will take to complete the website based on the unique
features your website requires. Information will be needed from the
client, including website content. Please understand that the speed of
completion also depends on how quickly this information is provided.
What information is required from me?
Specific requirements will be discussed with the client however in
general pictures, content, logos, and any specific instructions you
have are required. More information about the design process if found by visiting our Design Process page.
How do I send information for my website?
Email is the typical medium for sending content, pictures, etc. You
will be asked to email any information to info (at) bluelinewebmedia (dot) com. For
pictures please be sure to send them in separate emails if they are
large file sizes.
What if I am unhappy with the design offered to me?
No client is expected to accept any design that they are unhappy with.
Our priority is the client's satisfaction and as such will offer a
full refund of any deposit made on a design.
Who owns my website's design once it is completed?
Once a website is completed and payment is received, you the client
have full rights to the design of your website and as such are free to
do with it as you like. Before payment is received on the completed
website, Blue Line Web Media owns the rights to the design.
